OFC Reclass - Mass Copy
Use the OFC Reclass - Mass Copy screen to copy one or more OFC reclass tables by specifying both From and To parameters. Mass copy is useful when rolling out the same reclass rules to additional locations or vendors after you have validated a source table.
To open the OFC Reclass - Mass Copy screen, select the Perform Mass Copy link on the OFC Reclass screen.
After a mass copy, review each destination table for gaps, overlaps, and phase-in/phase-out thresholds before relying on it in stock order runs. See Best Practices.
Use the From fields to specify the table(s) to copy. The From fields on the OFC Reclass - Mass Copy screen are:

| Location |
The location from which to copy the OFC reclass table. |
| Vendor |
The vendor number to use as the information source for the new OFC reclass table. Leave this field blank to copy All vendors from the location. |
| Reclass Code |
The reclass codes to copy. Leave this field blank to copy All reclass codes from the location. |
The To fields on the OFC Reclass - Mass Copy screen are:

| Location (All) |
(Mandatory) The location where the copied OFC reclass table applies. Populate this field with at least one location, or select the All checkbox to indicate that all locations should receive a copy. |
| Vendor |
(Optional) The vendor number to apply the copy to. If left blank, the copy automatically populates this field with information from the corresponding From field. |
| Reclass Code |
(Optional) The reclass code to apply the copy to. If left blank, the copy automatically populates this field with information from the corresponding From field. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the OFC Reclass - Mass Copy screen:

|---|---|
| Save | Creates the new OFC reclass table(s) for the selected parameters. |
| Close | Closes the OFC Reclass - Mass Copy screen without creating new tables and returns to the OFC Reclass screen. |
