OFC Reclass
Use the OFC Reclass screen to view the reclass code for selected vendors and to create a new reclass code or automatically change OFC reclass parameters.
If you have multiple reclass tables for one vendor, reclass tables that have a specific name are used for the evaluation first, then *ALL are evaluated.
To access the OFC Reclass screen, from anywhere in IntelliDealer navigate to the Parts Ordering screen, then move the cursor over the Ordering Options link and select OFC Reclass from the drop down list.
The sorting options available on the OFC Reclass screen are:

The search fields on the OFC Reclass screen are:

| Select Vendor number | Search for OFC reclass code by entering a vendor number. |
| Select Reclass Code | Search for reclass code by entering a reclass code. |
| Include Inactive | If selected, includes inactive reclass codes within the search results. |
The fields on the OFC Reclass screen are:

| Vendor |
The vendor number that is affected by the parameters in the corresponding OFC reclass table. The vendor number and reclass code indicate to the system which parts are affected by the corresponding OFC reclass table. |
| Vendor Name | The name of the vendor. |
| Reclass Code |
A code of up to 10 alpha- numeric characters. The code is used as a label for a part. This code is used to associate parts with a reclass table and the lines within that table. You can use the Reclass code to group parts. This is not the same as the OFC but is dealer-defined. This code can be specified on the Part Profile Ordering Information tab in the Reclass text field. |
Move the cursor over the vendor number on the Vendor field and select View/Edit from the pop-up menu to view or edit an OFC reclass code.
Move the cursor over a vendor number on the Vendor field and select Copy from the pop-up menu to copy an OFC reclass code. The copying function allows you to copy the selected OFC Reclass table parameters to a new table.
Click a vendor name from the Vendor Name field to open the Vendor Profile screen.
Click the Need to create new reclass? Click here to add link to create a new reclass.
Click the Perform Mass Copy link to set up the parameters to perform a mass copy of existing OFC Reclass tables within the system. The mass copy function differs from the copy function by allowing you to specify the From parameters (Location, Vendor, and/or OFC Reclass Code) used to indicate the OFC Reclass table you wish to copy.
