OFC Reclass
Use the OFC Reclass screen to view reclass tables by vendor, create a new reclass code, copy or mass-copy tables, or edit OFC reclass parameters.
Order Formula Codes (OFCs) tell IntelliDealer how to calculate reorder points and order quantities during a stock order run. OFC reclass tables define the phase-in and phase-out rules that automatically change a part’s OFC (and related ordering values such as lead time, safety stock, reorder point, and order quantity) as sales, demand, and cost change over time.
On the Parts Profile Ordering Information tab, assign each part a Reclass code so it participates in a matching OFC reclass table. If you have multiple reclass tables for one vendor, tables that have a specific name are evaluated first, then *ALL is evaluated.

To open the OFC Reclass screen, navigate to Product Support > Parts > Parts Ordering, move the cursor over the Ordering Options link, and select OFC Reclass from the drop-down list.
The sorting options available on the OFC Reclass screen are:

The fields on the OFC Reclass screen are:

| Vendor |
The vendor number that is affected by the parameters in the corresponding OFC reclass table. The vendor number and reclass code indicate to the system which parts are affected by the corresponding OFC reclass table. |
| Vendor Name | The name of the vendor. |
| Reclass Code |
A code of up to 10 alpha- numeric characters. The code is used as a label for a part. This code is used to associate parts with a reclass table and the lines within that table. You can use the Reclass code to group parts. This is not the same as the OFC but is dealer-defined. This code can be specified on the Part Profile Ordering Information tab in the Reclass text field. |
Move the cursor over the vendor number on the Vendor field and select View/Edit from the pop-up menu to view or edit an OFC reclass code.
Move the cursor over a vendor number on the Vendor field and select Copy from the pop-up menu to copy an OFC reclass code. The copy function copies the selected OFC reclass table parameters to a new table.
Click a vendor name from the Vendor Name field to open the Vendor Profile screen.
Click the Need to create new reclass? Click here to add link to create a new reclass.
Click the Perform Mass Copy link to perform a mass copy of existing OFC reclass tables. Mass copy differs from copy by allowing you to specify the From parameters (Location, Vendor, and/or OFC Reclass Code) that identify the OFC reclass table to copy.
