Print Parameters

You can use the Print Parameters screen to select the options you wish to print on each part invoice or work order parts requisition.

To open the Print Parameters screen, click the Print parameters button on the Parts Invoicing/Work Order Parts Requisition screen.

The fields on the Print Parameters screen are:

Field Description
Print PICPAK Parameters

Select a desired PICPAK parameter to include with the parts invoicing/work order parts requisition print out. Options include:

  • All Parts—prints all parts on the sales order even if they have been processed by a sales order billing run.
  • Current Parts—print all parts that have not already been printed using this function.
  • Reprint—prints all parts that have not been processed by a sales order billing run.
If all parts, include B/O part If selected, includes the back ordered parts in the extended price and the total.
Print in Bin Order Select this checkbox to print all parts in bin order as loaded on the part master.
Print Message

Select this checkbox to print the parts messages entered in the invoice comment section of parts invoicing.
Print Comment

Select this checkbox to print the comments entered on the Comments tab.

This checkbox refers to comments tab data only, and not to comment lines on parts invoices (cash code *). Individual comment lines do not print on an invoice. The extended description option at the line level can be used to print extra detail for a particular line.
Print Prices Select this checkbox to print the unit price, extended price and the total.
PICPAK Printer Select the printer to use for printing PICPAKs.
Invoice Printer Select the printer to use for printing the invoices.
Point-of-Sale Device

Indicates the point-of-sale device selected to capture your customer's signature.

Click on the Select Point-of-Sale Device link to open the Point-of-Sale Devices screen. The Point-of-Sale Devices screen allows you to search for, select, and/or delete a device.

Note:  Signatures collected via these devices are completely independent of VESign.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Print Parameters screen:

Button Function
Save Saves changes made on the Print Parameters screen.
Close Closes the Print Parameters screen and returns to the Parts Invoicing/Work Order Parts Requisition screen.
