Printing Parameters
Use the Printing Parameters tab to set up the print options you wish to include while printing an equipment quote.
To open the Printing Parameters tab, click the Print Parameters tab from the Customer - Quote Header tab or by click on the Modify default print parameters link on the Equipment Quoting or Equipment Invoicing screens.
The fields on the Printing Parameters tab are:

| Print Stock Prices | Includes stock prices on the printed quote/invoice. |
| Print Parts Prices | Includes parts prices on the printed quote/invoice. |
| Print Miscellaneous Charge/Credit Prices | Includes miscellaneous charge/credit prices on the printed quote/invoice. |
| Print Trade in Prices | Includes trade in prices on the printed quote/invoice. |
| Print Segment Totals | Includes segment totals on the printed quote/invoice. |
| Print Parts at Bottom | Includes parts at the bottom of the printed quote/invoice. |
| Print Miscellaneous Charges/Credits at Bottom | Includes miscellaneous charges/credits at the bottom of the printed quote/invoice. |
| Print Trade ins at Bottom | Includes trade ins at the bottom of the printed quote/invoice. |
| Print Sales Total Line | Includes sales total line on the printed quote/invoice. |
| Print Comments | Includes comments on the printed quote/invoice. |
| Printer | The printer selected to print the quote/invoice. |
| Point-of-Sale Devices |
Indicates the device selected to capture your customer's signature via an installed point-of-sale device. Click on the Point-of-Sale Devices link to open the Point-of-Sale Devices screen. The Point-of-Sale Devices screen allows you to search for and select an alternate device. Note: Signatures collected via these devices are completely independent of VESign. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Printing Parameters tab:
