Labor Fees
Use the Labor Fees screen to add additional labor fees to a Work Order.
To open the Labor Fees screen, navigate to Configuration > Service > General Ledger > Labor Fees.
The fields on the Labor Fees screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Code | A unique identifier for the labor fee. |
| Location | The location of the labor fee. |
| Charge Rate % | If the labor fee is calculated as a percentage of parts and/or labor, the percentage rate to be charged on the Work Order Invoice. |
| Maximum | The maximum amount to be charged to the work order. This amount is not exceeded when charges are posted to the work order, regardless of the value of parts and/or labor charged there. |
| Description | A brief description of the labor fee. |
Click the Need to create a new labor administration fee? Click here to add link to create a new labor fee.
Click Close to close the Labor Fees screen.
