Labor Fees
The Labor Fees screen is accessed from the Configuration menu under Service and then through General Ledger and select Labor Fees.
The Labor Fees screen is used to add additional labor fees to a Work Order.
The following fields are displayed on the Labor Fees screen.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Code | A unique identifier for the labor fee. |
| Location | The branch location of the labor fee. |
| Charge Rate % | If the labor fee is to be calculated as a percentage of parts and/or labor, enter a percentage rate to be charged on the Work Order Invoice. |
| Maximum | The maximum amount to be charged to the work order. This amount will not be exceeded when charges are posted to the work order, regardless of the value of parts and/or labor charged there. |
| Description | A brief description of the labor fee. |
