Shops
Use the Shops screen to add shop codes or edit existing shop codes for all CO/DIV/BR.
The Shops screen is accessed by clicking a Code or the Need to create a new shop? Click here to add link on the Shops screen.
The fields on the Shops screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Code | A two character alphanumeric code which represents the shop within the system. |
| Location | The branch location where the shop is located. |
| Description | A brief description of the shop code. |
| Active for System |
Controls whether the shop code is active for use within the system.
This field appears only by accessing the Shops screen by clicking a Code. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Shops screen:
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| Save | Saves changes made on the Shops screen. |
| Copy |
Copies the selected shop code. This button appears only by accessing the Shops screen by clicking a Code. |
| Save & New |
Saves a newly added shop code and refreshes the Shops screen, allowing you to add another shop code without closing the screen. This button appears only by accessing the Shops screen by clicking the Need to create a new shop? Click here to add link. |
| Save & Next |
Saves any edits/changes made to the selected shop code and scrolls through to the next shop code in the list to apply any edits/changes. This button appears only by accessing the Shops screen by clicking a Code. |
| Close | Closes the Shops screen without saving and returns to the Shops screen. |
