Kubota Parts Availability
Use the Kubota Parts Availability screen to search Kubota warehouse and dealer parts availability. All availability data is live from Kubota.
To open the Kubota Parts Availability screen:

Navigate to Product Support > Parts > Parts Profile

Search for parts, then click Parts Availability.

On the Parts Availability screen, click Kubota Availability.
When you open the screen from Parts Availability, the part number from your selection is pre-filled. You can add or change part numbers before you search.

You must be licensed for feature 6226.
Complete the steps in Configuring the Kubota Parts Ordering/Availability Interfaces, including the Kubota Key on Kubota - Interface Configuration and Kubota dealer numbers for your locations.
When the interface is configured, the Kubota Availability button appears on the Parts Availability screen.
Screen Description
The search fields on the Kubota Parts Availability screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Part Number | One or more part numbers to inquire about. Select from the Kubota parts catalog or enter part numbers that are not in your parts master. |
| Dealer Number | The Kubota dealer number for the inquiry. Defaults to the dealer number for your current company, division, and location when available. |
Click Search to request availability from Kubota. The results grid appears after the search completes.
The results grid columns are:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Part Number | The part number returned by Kubota. Click the link to open part details. |
| Description | The part description from Kubota. |
| MSRP | The suggested retail price from Kubota. |
| Package Quantity | The number of parts per package. |
| Error | An error message from Kubota when availability cannot be returned for the part. |
Part details
When you click a part number in the results grid, the part details window opens. The header shows the original part number, updated part number (if Kubota returns a substitution), description, MSRP, and package quantity.
The part details window includes two tabs:

Kubota Availability — warehouse availability from your search (quantity, warehouse code, and warehouse name).

Dealer/Store Stock — availability at other Kubota dealerships. Data loads when you select this tab.
The fields on the Kubota Availability tab are:

| Availability | The quantity available at the warehouse. |
| Warehouse Code | The code assigned to the warehouse by Kubota. |
| Warehouse Name | The warehouse name from Kubota. |
The fields on the Dealer/Store Stock tab are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Dealer Name / Dealer Number | The dealership name and number from Kubota, and the dealership address. |
| Qty | The quantity at the dealership. |
| Condition Code | The condition code from Kubota. |
| Class Code | The class code from Kubota. |
| Updated Timestamp | The date and time the availability data was last updated. |
| Distance | The distance between your dealership and the selected dealership. |
| Phone Number | The phone number of the selected dealership. |
Click Close on the part details window to return to the search results. Click Close on the Kubota Parts Availability screen to return to Parts Availability.
