Equipment- Equipment for Rent

To open the Equipment for Rent screen, click the Menu icon from anywhere within the application and select Equipment> Equipment for Rent from the drop down list.
-Or-
Search for a unit that is currently for rent from the Home screen.

The Equipment for Rent screen displays the units that are currently available for rent from the dealership and allows you to perform these actions:

Action	Steps
To search for a specific unit	Enter the Category, Class, Subclass, Group or Description of the unit in the field provided, then click Search. The screen refreshes to display the results.
To perform an advanced search	Click the Filter icon next to the Search field to display additional search criteria, then enter the desired criteria and click Search to display the results. -or- Enter a date range in the From and To fields to search for an item based on its availability. For example, if you want to display all units that are available from March 1st- March 31st, leave the search field blank and select those dates in the From and To fields, then click Search. The screen refreshes to display the results.
To view extended details about a unit, or inquire about a unit	Select the desired unit. The Equipment Details screen appears.
To view units that are available for sale	Click the Equipment for Sale tab. The Equipment for Sale screen appears.
