Set Geo Location
To open the Set Geo Location window, tap the Sub Menu icon on the Customer Detail screen and select Set Geo Location from the drop down list.
The Set Geo Location window allows you to set the latitudinal and longitudinal coordinates of the selected customer using the GPS capabilities of your device. By default, the latitudinal and longitudinal coordinates displayed are from your current location.
To set the geographic location of the customer tap Yes.
Note: You should only use this feature if the address listed for the customer does not correspond to the customer's actual business location (for example, if the address listed is a PO box) and if you are currently located at the customer's actual location. Setting the geographic location for a customer uses the GPS functionality of your mobile device to set or edit the latitudinal and longitudinal coordinates configured on the customer profile.
