Edit/ Reschedule Call

To open the Edit/Reschedule Call window, tap the Edit icon on the Call Schedule Detail screen.

The Edit/ Reschedule Call window displays the details of a scheduled call and allows you to perform the following:

Action Steps
To edit or reschedule the call

Tap the Update Call button after entering the desired information.
The information will be saved to the call.

To return to the Call Schedule Detail screen without making any changes

Tap anywhere outside of the Edit /Reschedule Call window or tap the Close icon.

The following fields appear on the Edit/ Reschedule Call window:

Field Description
Call Date

The date on which the call will be placed.

Call Time

The time at which the call will be placed.

Category

The area of interest the call will be about.

Valid category codes are configured on the Categories screen in IntelliDealer.

Contact to Call

If desired, the call can target a specific customer contact.

Salesperson

The salesperson that should make the call.

Type of Call

The type of call that will be placed.

Valid type codes are configured on the Types screen in IntelliDealer.

Reason for Call

The reason for calling.

Valid reason codes are configured on the Reasons screen in IntelliDealer.

Description

A description of the call or any special instructions for the call can be entered here.
