Interactive Financial Reports

Use the Interactive Financial Reports screen to select a Customized Report from the Financial Reporting Runs screen to display on the IntelliDealer Home screen.

To open the Interactive Financial Reports screen, click the Interactive Financial Report link on the Select View screen or the Executive Summary Sequencing screen.

Prerequisites

Only reports that you are authorized to view (as specified on the Authority tab) and which meet the following criteria appear as options on the Interactive Financial Reports screen:

• Less than 10 columns and 50 rows in size

• The report does not have any Prompt for Dates columns (as specified on the Column Information screen)

To allow users to drill down into each subtotal that is displayed on the report, activate these switches:

• To display detail lines for any of the subtotals on the report, activate the Access Fin Report Detail Lines switch on the Authorization List for Global Security screen.

• To allow users to open the Journal Details screen for every detail line displayed on the report, activate both the Access Fin Report Detail Lines switch and the Access Fin Report Journal Drilldown switch on the Authorization List for Global Security screen.

Screen Description

The fields displayed on the Interactive Financial Reports screen are:

Field	Description
Report	The name of the customized report. The report that is currently selected to appear on the Home screen is highlighted. If a report has been selected but it no longer meets the criteria outlined above, it is not displayed on the Home screen.
Description	A brief description of the selected report and/or the contents of the report.

Click a Report name to add it to the Executive Summary Sequencing screen and the Home screen.

The buttons on the Interactive Financial Reports screen are:

Button	Description
Delete	Deletes the Interactive Financial Report view from the Executive Summary Sequencing screen.
Close	Closes the Interactive Financial Reports screen.
