Parts Analysis

Use the Parts Analysis screen to search for and view parts analysis by location or regions. It displays the number of parts for the selected location and parameters. To access the screen, navigate to Management Central > Parts > Parts Analysis.

Note:  This is not the count of all parts on hand, but rather the quantity of part master records in the location (PARTMAST file).

Search fields on the Parts Analysis screen are:

Field	Description
Select Location	Search for parts analysis by selecting a location.
Analysis by	Select a category by which to display the part analysis (e.g. class, OFC, return, source, type or vendor).
Include Deleted	Whether or not to include deleted parts within the search results.
Include Non-Stocked	Whether or not to include non-stocked parts (OFC 5) within the search results.

The statistics displayed in the header are percentages. You can change the reference of these percentages by selecting different options in the Analysis By drop-down list.
