Scheduled Work Orders
Use the Scheduled Work Orders screen to view the work orders of a particular shop or work orders for a particular bay within a shop, depending on whether you choose to click on a shop code or a bay code. It also allows you to check shop/bay availability. If you access the Scheduled Work Orders tab through the Service Scheduling - Technician Availability tab you can search for a technician's availability.
The Scheduled Work Orders screen can be accessed from the Shop/Bay Availability tab on the Supervisors screen by clicking on a shop code or a bay code from the Shop field. Or it can be accessed from the Service Scheduling - Technician Availability tab by clicking on a Technician name.
The fields on the Scheduled Work Orders screen are:

| Order # | The work order number. |
| Shop | The shop code of the selected shop. |
| Bay | The bay code, where the work on the unit is being done. |
| Machine | The description of the unit being serviced. |
| Description | A brief description of the work on the work order. |
| Estimated Completion | The estimated completion date of the work order. |
| Estimated Hours | The estimated hours to complete the work order. |
| Hours Worked | The amount of hours that have been worked on the work order. |
| Difference |
The difference between estimated hours and hours worked. The difference value appears Red if Hours Worked exceeds Estimated Hours. |
| Message | A no activity within X number days message appears if no parts/labor transactions have occurred within the last x number of days. |
Click a work order number from on the Order # field to open the Work Order Details screen.
Click the customer name from the Description field to open the Customer Profile screen.
Click the Need to record time off? Click here link to record a technician's time off.
Click Back to complete your work on the Scheduled Work Orders screen.
