Technician Availability: Listing

Use the Technician Availability tab to view the work schedule for a selected technician, allowing you to determine their current availability.

To view Technician Availability tab, navigate to Product Support > Service > Supervisor then click the Technician Availability tab.

Viewing Technician Availability from the Supervisor Menu

  1. From anywhere in IntelliDealer, navigate to Product Support > Service > Supervisor.

  2. Click the Technician Availability tab.

    The Service Schedule - Technician Availability tab appears.

  3. Click the Click here to see most available technicians link.

  4. Enter a date range From and To dates.
    - or -
    Click the Search icon to open the Calendar screen in a new browser window and select the appropriate date from the list.

  5. Click Go>> to generate the search results.

Screen Description

The search fields on the Technician Availability tab are:

Field Description
Select Technician Search for a schedule by entering a technician.
Select Inside/Outside/Shift Search for a schedule by selecting an inside/outside shift number, bay number, or all from the drop down list.
Select Location Search for a schedule by entering a location.

The fields on the Technician Availability tab are:

Field Description
Date The current date.
Day The day of the week.
Hours The available, scheduled, overdue and overtime labor hours/man power hours for the selected day.
Over The total amount of scheduled overtime hours.

Click on a date link from the Date field to display individual technician availability for a particular day.

Click on the Need to record time off? Click here link to record a technician's time off.

Select the Click here to see most available technician link to view the most available technicians.
