Shop/Bay Availability
Use the Shop/Bay Availability tab to view the available hours for a selected shop and the available hours for bays within the shop.
To access the Shop/Bay Availability tab from anywhere in IntelliDealer, navigate to Product Support > Service > Supervisor, then click the Shop/Bay Availability tab.
The search fields on the Shop/Bay Availability tab are:

| Select Shop | Search for shop/bay availability by selecting a shop from the drop down list. Valid shop codes are setup on the Shops screen. |
| Select Bay | Search for shop/bay availability by selecting a bay from the drop down list. |
| Select Location | Search for shop/bay availability by entering a branch location. |
The fields on the Shop/Bay Availability tab are:
| Field | Description |

| Date | The date the shop can be scheduled. |
| Day | The day of the week the shop can by scheduled. |
| Shop | The shop code, which identifies the shop. |
| Bay | The bay code, which identifies the bay. |
| Hours | The amount of available, scheduled, overdue or overtime hours for the bays within the selected shop. |
| Over | The amount of hours over the estimated completion date compared to the available hours for the day. |
Click a shop code from the Shop field to view a particular shop schedule.
Click a bay code from the Bay field to view a particular bay schedule.
