Shop/Bay Availability

The Shop/Bay Availability tab can be accessed from the Product Support Quick Links screen by clicking the Supervisor link on the Service list.
The Shop/Bay Availability tab allows you to view the available hours for a selected shop and view the available hours for bays within the shop.
The following is a description of the search fields that appear on the Shop/Bay Availability tab:

Search for shop/bay availability by selecting a shop from the drop down list. Note:

| Select Bay | Search for shop/bay availability by selecting a bay from the drop down list. |
| Select Location | Search for shop/bay availability by entering a branch location. |
The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Shop/Bay Availability tab:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | The date the shop can be scheduled. |
| Day | The day of the week the shop can by scheduled. |
| Shop | The shop code, which identifies the shop. |
| Bay | The bay code, which identifies the bay. |
| Hours | The amount of available, scheduled, overdue or overtime hours for the bays within the selected shop. |
| Over | The amount of hours over the estimated completion date compared to the available hours for the day. |
Click on a shop code from the Shop field to view a particular shop schedule.
Click on a bay code from the Bay field to view a particular bay schedule.
