Product Support - Service Supervisor
To access the Work With Security Switches screen, click the link for the desired system or switch. You can control access to the security switch for individual users or user groups.

Access Supervisor | Gives the user access to the Supervisor screens at Product Support > Service > Supervisor. |
Add Labor | Allows the user to add labor hours to a work order from the Supervisor - Labor in Progress tab. When enabled, the Click here to add labor hours link appears. |
Change Labor | Allows the user to make and save changes to the View/Adjustments - Copy Labor Entry screen accessed by moving the cursor over a Technician and selecting View/Adjustments from the drop down list on the Scanned WIP Labor tab. When enabled, a Save button appears. |
Copy Labor | Allows the user to make a copy of a Labor Entry, make changes to the copy and then save it . Access the View/Adjustments - Copy Labor Entryscreen by moving the cursor over a Technician and selecting Copy from the drop down list on the Scanned WIP Labor tab. When enabled, a Save button appears. |
Close Pending Labor | Allows you to close pending labor. When enabled, a Close option appears on the drop down list accessible by moving the cursor over a Technician number on the Supervisor - Labor in Progress tab. |
Allow Default 1st Segment | Displays the Based On First Segment checkbox on the Work Order Assignment tab. When enabled, the system looks at the technician number on the first segment to determine the owner of the work order. |
Auto-Create Hours Update Comment | When enabled, IntelliDealer automatically generates a comment when a user updates the Estimated Hours field on the Work Order Assignment tab. |
Access Labor in Progress | Gives the user access to the Supervisor - Labor in Progress tab at Product Support > Service > Supervisor. |
Access Work Order Warnings | Gives the user access to the Work Order Warnings tab at Product Support > Service > Supervisor. |
Access Scan History | Gives the user access to the Scan History tab at Product Support > Service > Supervisor. |
Access Work Order Assignment | Gives the user access to the Work Order Assignment tab at Product Support > Service > Supervisor. |
Access Technician Availability | Gives the user access to the Technician Availability tab at Product Support > Service > Supervisor. |
Access Shop/Bay Availability | Gives the user access to the Shop/Bay Availability tab at Product Support > Service > Supervisor. |
Record Time Off | Allows the user to record the technician's time off accessed from the Technician Availabilitytab. When enabled, the Need to record time off ? Click here link appears. |
Update Work Order Assignment | Allows you to edit a work order. When enabled an Edit option appears on the drop down list accessible by moving the cursor over an Order Number on the Work Order Assignment tab. |
Allow Hours to be Posted In Labor Entry To Signed Off Repair | Allows you to post hours to a repair status of signed off, on the Labor Entry screen. |
Access WIP Labor | Gives the user access to the Scanned WIP Labor tab at Product Support > Service > Supervisor. |
