Forms

The Forms screen is used to add a new form to the system. See Creating a Marketing Form.

The Forms screen can be accessed from the Forms listing screen by clicking on the Need to create a new form? Click here to add link.

The fields on the Forms screen are:

Field Description
Name The name assigned to the new form and cannot be changed after the form is created.
Description Describes what the form represents.

Use these buttons allow to complete your work on the Forms screen:

Button Function
Save Saves changes made on the Forms screen and returns to the Forms listing screen.
Close Closes the Forms screen without saving and returns to the Forms listing screen.
