Service Agreements - Scheduling
Use the Scheduling tab to add a work order, link to a work order, decline service, or edit a contract.
You can open the Scheduling tab from the Service Agreements screen.
Use the sorting options and search fields to find a specific contract or service agreement.
The fields on the Scheduling tab are:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Contract | The contract number. |
Scheduled | The date the work is scheduled. |
Hours | The unit's hour meter interval that the work is scheduled to be performed. |
Description | A brief description of the job code. |
Stock Number | The unit stock number. |
Make/Model |
The manufacturer of the unit. The model number on the unit. |
Customer Name |
The customer's name. If the customer name is listed as **In Stock** this indicates that the stock for this contract is store inventory (e.g. part of your Rental Fleet). |
Map Book Sort | The contract's map book sort code. |
Move the cursor over a Contract number and select one of these options from the pop-up menu:

Add Work Order/Request—to add a work order or job request.

Link to Work Order—to link a contract to a work order.

Postpone Service—to add a comment and postpone the service.

Decline Service—to decline service on a contract.

Mark Completed—to mark the contract as completed.

Edit Contract—to edit a contract.
Click on a description in the Description field to open the Job Code Details screen.
Click on a stock number in the Stock Number field to open the Equipment Profile screen.
Click on a customer name from the Customer Name field to open the Customer Profile screen.
Click Close to complete your work on the Scheduling tab.
