Availability Listing

For each part, the WPSPR02C report shows:

• Part Number—If a part has a sub-number associated with, on the next print line of the report, the parent part number is printed again (indented one space) followed by the corresponding sub-part numbers and sub-quantities (across the page) as per the part sub-maintenance for that "parent" part number.

  Similarly, if a part number has a comment loaded on the Parts Profile tab on the next print line of the report, the part number is repeated, followed by the corresponding comment.

• Description—A description of the part.

• List price—If the part is loaded in more than one store, and the same part has a different price in any of the stores, the highest price is printed.

• Bin location (BIN LOC)

• Quantity on-hand (OH)

• Quantity on-order (OO)— If a particular part number has an On Order < 1, or a Net On Hand < 1, then under the ON ORDER title of the report "*SS**" is printed, where SS is the Source of Supply for that part number.

• Quantity back-ordered

• Order formula code (OFC)

Totals printed at the bottom of the report are:

• TOTAL STOCK ITEMS = All parts on this printout, except those with OFC 5

• TOTAL NON-STOCK ITEMS = All parts, except those with OFC 5

If other branch names print in the titles, for each of the listed part numbers, the corresponding OH, BIN, OO, BO, and OFC codes for that branch are also printed.
