Performance Monitor

To open the Performance Monitor screen, hover over the Support link from anywhere within IntelliDealer and select Performance Monitor from the drop down list.

The Performance Monitor screen allows you to monitor performance output within IntelliDealer.

The following search fields appear on the Performance Monitor screen:

Field Description
Select Statistics By

Search for performance output by selecting statistics options from the drop down list.

Last Programs Run: Shows the amount of time it took to run the last 100 user clicks (mouse selections).

Longest Program Duration: Shows the top 100 user clicks (mouse selections) by program duration.

Average Program Duration: Shows the programs that are averaging the most amount of time.

Number of Hits: Shows the number of times a program has been activated/selected (which programs are used most often).

Select Start Date Search for performance output by entering a start date.
Select Time Search for performance output by entering a specific time.
Select User

Search for performance output by entering a user ID.

Note:  Leave the Select User field blank to search for all users performance output.

The following fields appear on the Performance Monitor screen:

Field Description
Job Number The performance output job number.
User The ID of the user who executed the performance output.
Date The date the performance output was executed.
Start Time The time the performance output was executed.
Function A description of the function performed as a result of the performance output.
Number of Hits

The number of times a program has been activated/selected.

Note:  This field appears when Average Program Duration or Number of Hits is selected in the Select Statistics By drop down list.

Duration The time (in seconds) it took to execute the corresponding performance output.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Performance Monitor screen:

Close Closes the Performance Monitor screen and returns to the pervious screen.
