Dispatch Link Config
Use the Dispatch Link Config screen to configure the Private Key required to access the PreCise Mobile Resource Management tool from the Customer - Work Order Header tab, Segments tab, Add Work Order screen, Job Request screen, or Equipment Profile screens. To access the screen, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > Other > Dispatch Link Config.
Select a Distpatch type.
The fields on the PreCise Link Config screen are:

Only shown if you chose Other as the dispatch type. The URL must be similar to: https://www.pedigreetechnologies.com/#details/?externalId={0}
Where {0} for the program to substitute the machine serial number. |
Click Save to save the private key information to the system.
