Copy Portal Sequence from Another User/Copy Customer Portal Configuration
These screens provide similar function of copying a user's Customer Portal Sequence:
Copy Portal Sequence From Another User screen
Use the Copy Portal Sequence From Another User screen to create a copy of an existing user's portal sequence for yourself. Once copied, you can edit the portal sequence to your preference.
To open the Copy Portal Sequence From Another User screen, click the Copy portal sequence from another user link on the Customer Portal Sequencing screen.
The field on the Copy Portal Sequence From Another User screen is:

| Select User | Select the user you wish to copy the customer portal information from. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Copy Portal Sequence From Another User screen:

|---|---|
| Save | Saves changes made on the Copy Portal Sequence screen. |
| Close | Closes the Copy Portal Sequence screen without saving and returns to the Customer Portal Sequencing screen. |
Copy Customer Portal Configuration screen
Use the Copy Customer Portal Configuration screen to copy an existing user's customer portal configuration to another user.
To open the Copy Customer Portal Configuration screen, click the Copy Customer Portal Configuration link on the Administration > Settings > Utilities screen.
The fields on the Copy Customer Portal Configuration screen are:

| From User | The user you are copying the customer portal configuration from. |
| To User | The user destination the customer portal information is being copied to. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Copy Customer Portal Configuration screen:
| Button | Function |
|---|---|
| Save | Copies the Portal Configuration views originating with the From User to the To User. |
| Close | Closes the Copy Customer Portal Configuration screen without saving changes and returns to the Utilities screen. |
