Customer Reports

The Customer Reports screen allows you to produce various customer related reports. You can select customers based on any information in the customer profile (such as all customers in a certain discount pricing group).

You can access the Customer Reports screen by navigating to the Financial Management > Accounts Receivable > Customer Reports.

The available Customer Reports are:

Report Description
Customer Master Summary (WCCCR02A) Running a Customer Master Summary report creates a summary of the customer profile report.
Customer Master Listing (WCCCR02B) Running a Master Listing report creates a less detailed version of the customer profile report.

Customer Labels - 2 Columns (WCCCR02C)

Running Customer Labels creates labels used when mailing to your customer base or for labeling customer files.

Customer Labels - 3 Columns (WCCCR02C2)
Customer Profile (WCCCR02D) Running a Customer Profile report prints a detailed profile of your selected customer, showing the fields chosen on the Customer Selection screen.

Use this button to complete your work on the Customer Reports screen:

Button Function
Close Closes the Customer Reports screen and returns to the Financial Management Quick Links screen.
