Geographic and Business Analysis

Use the Geographic and Business Analysis screen to view the geographic and business analysis by salesperson and to select the means of analysis. The Geographic and Business Analysis screen shows data based on the means of analysis in a bar graph or pie chart. The data is displayed by category and is broken up to show the total and percentage of each category.

The Geographic and Business Analysis screen can be accessed from Customer Care > CRM > Geographic and Business Analysis.

The fields on the Geographic and Business Analysis screen are:

Field Description
Select Salesperson

Search for geographic and business analysis by entering a salesperson.

The Salesperson entries from both the Customer Profile and the Customer Profile Contacts are searched.

Analysis by Search for geographic and business analysis by selecting a means of analysis from the drop down list.

Click a location field link opens the Geographic and Business Analysis menu.
