Copying a User Defined Depreciation Schedule

1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
   The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

2. From the General Ledger list, click the General link and select User Defined Depreciation from the drop down list.

3. The User Defined Depreciation screen will appear.

4. On the User Defined Depreciation screen, move the cursor over a Method and select Copy from the pop-up menu.

5. The User Defined Depreciation screen will appear.

6. On the User Defined Depreciation screen, enter a Depreciation Method code to copy. The selected depreciation schedule will be copied to the depreciation method code entered.

7. Click the Save button.
   The User Defined Depreciation screen will appear displaying the copied depreciation schedule.
