VitalEdge endeavors to provide a consistent user experience across multiple devices and browsers. We offer solutions tailored to desktop and mobile devices and support the web browsers listed in the table below.

Note that:

  • For all browsers, cookies and JavaScript must be enabled.

  • Third-party browser extensions, such as those that cause pop-ups to open in a new tab, may cause issues with the operation of IntelliDealer and may need to be disabled.

  • Some browsers handle streamed content such as PDFs a bit differently. In certain cases, the browser might flag the file as potentially harmful, even when it's not. This can cause the browser to show a warning or prompt the user to confirm if they want to keep the file. Browsers that are Chrome-based are more likely to show these warnings.

  • Your OEM may have different browser requirements for applications they develop and support which need to be taken into consideration.

  • If you are having difficulties, upgrade to the latest version of the browser for either desktop or mobile devices. Consider also upgrading the operating system.
