ODBC Access
IntelliDealer provides an Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) connector for running reports or using third-party software. To protect sensitive information and prevent unauthorized data access, only allowed users can access ODBC. Users configured on the IntelliDealer Third Party Users screen are automatically included in the ODBC allowlist. To allow access to dealership users, update their User Profile by selecting the Enable ODBC Access checkbox.

What happens if a user suddenly cannot connect?
Access might have been temporarily disabled by VitalEdge Support for security or operational reasons. Dealers cannot override this; only the VitalEdge Support team can re-enable those users.
