Resetting Your User Password

If you try to log in to IntelliDealer, or reset your password, too quickly in succession (5 seconds), you will receive an error message.

Prerequisites: You must have an email associated with your IntelliDealer user profile. If an email address is not configured on your IntelliDealer user profile, contact your system administrator.

To reset your user password:

  1. On the IntelliDealer sign-in screen, click the Forgot Password? link.

  2. Enter your User Name, then click Submit.

    IntelliDealer sends you an email with details on how to reset your password.
