Add Bay, Change Bay
Use the Add Bay/Change Bay screens to add a new bay code or edit existing bay codes.
The Add Bay/Change Bay screens are accessed by clicking a Code or the Need to create a new bay? Click here to add link on the Bays screen.
The fields on the Add Bay/Change Bay screens are:
| Field | Description |

| Code | A two character alphanumeric code which represents the bay location within the system. |
| Shop |
The shop code the corresponding bay is associated with. Note: Shop codes are set up on the Shops screen. |
| Description | A brief description of the bay. |
| Weekday Hours Available | The number of hours the corresponding bay is available for use during weekday business hours. |
| Saturday Hours Available | The number of hours the corresponding bay is available for use during Saturday business hours. |
| Sunday Hours Available | The number of hours the corresponding bay is available for use during Sunday business hours. |
| Active for System |
Controls whether the bay code is active for use within the system.
This field appears only by accessing the Change Bay screen by clicking a Code. |
Note: The Weekday Hours Available, Saturday Hours Available, and Sunday Hours Available fields affect the service scheduling shop/bay availability.
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Add Bay/Change Bay screens:

| Save | Saves changes made on the corresponding screen. |
| Copy |
This button appears only by accessing the Change Bay screen by clicking a Code. |
| Save & New |
Saves a newly added bay code and refreshes the Add Bay screen, allowing you to add another bay code without closing the screen. This button appears only by accessing the Add Bay screen by clicking the Need to create a new bay? Click here to add link. |
| Save & Next |
Saves any edits/changes made to the selected bay code and scrolls through to the next bay code in the list to apply any edits/changes. This button appears only by accessing the Change Bay screen by clicking a Code. |
| Close | Closes the corresponding screen without saving and returns to the Bays screen. |
