Deactivating a Bay Code

  1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.

  2. From the Service list, click the Work Orders link and select Bays from the drop down list.

  3. The Bays screen will appear.

  4. On the Bays screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click Go >>.
    The Bays screen will refresh generating the search results.

  5. Click on a Code.
    The Change Bay screen will appear.

  6. On the Change Bay screen, select the Active for System checkbox, removing the checkmark.

  7. Click the Save button to deactivate the bay code.
