Shipping Information

The Shipping Information screen is found by selecting it from the context menu on the Traffic Detail screen.

The Shipping Information screen allows you to add new shipping locations to a traffic ticket.

The fields on the Shipping Information screen are:

Receipt Number	The receipt number followed by the type.
Direction	The direction of the shipment.
Created By	The user who created the receipt.
Name	The ship to name for the delivery, if different than the customer name.
Address	The ship to address for the delivery, if different than the customer address.
Zip/Postal Code	The zip/postal code of the delivery location.
Country/Prov/State	The country/province/state code used to indicate where the delivery location is located.
County	A 3-character code that indicates the county of the delivery location.
Instructions	Allows you to enter specific shipping instructions.
Job Site	The job site of the delivery.
Map Book	The map book used to show the delivery location.
Page	The page number in the map book for the delivery location.
Grid Number	The grid number on the map where the delivery site is located.
Estimated Shipping Charge	Optional, an estimated shipping charge may be entered.

Tap Save to save all entered changes.
