Group Unit Analysis

Use the Group Unit Analysis screen to search for and view unit sales. To access the screen, navigate to Management Central > Equipment > Group Unit Analysis.

Note:  This screen requires access to one or both of these external URLs: https://www.google.com/jsapi and https://www.gstatic.com/charts/loader.js. If the screen is not displaying correctly, it may be because the system has been denied access to the URL. Ensure that these URLs are unblocked or unfiltered in your organization’s firewall and web filtering devices.

Search fields on the Group Unit Analysis screen are:

Field Description
Select Status

Search for unit sales by selecting a unit status.

  • All—includes all unit statuses
  • Invoiced—includes only units that have been invoiced
  • Inventory—includes only units that are currently in inventory
  • On Order—includes only units that are currently on order
  • Sold—includes only units that have been sold
  • Presold—includes only units that have been presold
  • Rental—includes only rental units
View Data by Select the method to view the search data by (e.g. unit sales).
Select Class Search for unit sales by entering a class.
Select Make Search for unit sales by entering a make.
Select Model Search for unit sales by entering a model.
Select Model Year Search for unit sales by entering a model year.
Select Base Number Search for unit sales by entering a base number.
Select Group Search for unit sales by entering a group.
Select Type Search for unit sales by selecting a type from the drop down list.
Select Location Search for unit sales by entering a location.
Select Date Range Narrow down the unit sales search results by selecting a date range.
Unit Sales
Field Description
Year The year selected from the select date range field.
Month The unit sales per month.
Total The total amount of unit sales for the time period indicated.
Dollar Sales
Field Description
Year The year selected from the select date range field.
Month The dollar sales per month.
Total The total amount of dollar sales for the time period indicated.
Equipment Purchasers
Field Description
Name The name of the customer who made the equipment purchase.
Total Purchases The total amount of new and used equipment purchases for the corresponding customer during the disclosed time period. The list is sorted from highest to lowest purchase amount.
New The total amount of new equipment purchases for the corresponding customer in dollars.
Number of New Purchases The total number of new equipment purchases made by the corresponding customer during the disclosed time period.
Used The total amount of used equipment purchases for the corresponding customer in dollars.
Number of Used Purchases The total number of used equipment purchases made by the corresponding customer during the disclosed time period.
Equipment Salesperson
Field Description
Name The name of the salesperson.
Total Sales The total amount of new and used equipment sales for the corresponding salesperson that occurred during the disclosed time period. The list is sorted from highest to lowest salesperson equipment sales.
New The total amount of new equipment sales for the corresponding salesperson in dollars.
Number of New Sales The total number of new equipment sales for the corresponding salesperson within the disclosed time period.
Used The total amount of used equipment sales for the corresponding salesperson in dollars.
Number of Used Sales The total number of used equipment sales for the corresponding salesperson within the disclosed time period.
Days in Inventory
Field Description
Stock Number The stock number.
Description A brief description of the stock number.
Location The location of the corresponding stock number.
Inventory Date The date the stock number was received into inventory.
Hours The amount of hours the selected stock number has been in inventory.
Days The amount of days the selected stock number has been in inventory.
Note Due Expiration
Field Description
Stock Number The stock number.
Description A brief description of the stock number.
Location The location of the corresponding stock number.
Note Due Date The date the equipment notes payable due date expires.
Code The notes payable code.
Hours The number of hours before the notes payable expires.
Days

The number of days before the notes payable expires.

The Start Date is indicated in red.
Basic Warranty Expiration
Field Description
Stock Number The stock number covered by the basic warranty.
Description A brief description of the stock number.
Location The location of the corresponding stock number.
Warranty End Date The date the basic warranty expires.
Code The basic warranty code.
Hours The amount of hours on the basic warranty.
Days The number of days before the basic warranty expires.
Extended Warranty Expiration
Field Description
Stock Number The stock number covered by the extended warranty.
Description A brief description of the stock number.
Location The location of the corresponding stock number.
Warranty End Date The date the extended warranty expires.
Code The extended warranty code.
Hours The amount of hours on the extended warranty.
Days The number of days before the extended warranty expires.
