Use the Rental Reports screen to run a series of rental reports.
To open the Rental Reports screen, navigate to Rental > Rental Reports.
The reports on the Rental Reports screen are:
| Report | Description |

| Open Rental Agreement Details (RHRPT01) | This report lists all open rental counter contracts. It shows details related to invoices that have been, or are waiting to be, generated, and projects various totals depending on the duration(s) assigned. |
| Rental Discount Rate Exceptions (RIRPT01) | This report shows contracts that have rate exceptions (overrides) on them. It can be run for daily rates, weekly rates, or both in the same run. The report shows various details to do with the contract items, rates, and associated discounts. |
| Rental Report by Location (RDRPT02) | This report lists open or completed rental contracts by location, showing monthly rate for each item on the contract and only showing those contracts whose date out is in the range that is specified on the report options screen. |
| Reservation Contracts (RM050) | This report lists all units attached to rental reservations for the corresponding date range entered. |
Click Close to close the Rental Reports screen without running any reports and return to the Product Support Quick Links screen.
