How long will calls stay in customer call profile
If you go into Customer Profile - Geographic & Business tab, a Call History field is available at the bottom of the screen.
This value is the number of call records to be saved for this customer. The oldest call detail will be removed as new calls are added
Note: A default value in table ADDCUS is used but may be changed. Regardless of the value entered, the system will always keep two years of history.
If you enter a very large number in the Call History field, the system will save that many calls instead of automatically purging them.
