Warranty Causes (List & Add)

To open the Warranty Causes screen, hover over the Configuration link from anywhere within IntelliDealer and select Service> Agreements & Warranty> Warranty Services from the drop down list.

The Warranty Causes screen allows you to view and create warranty cause codes for your dealership.

The following sorting options appear on the Warranty Causes screen:

Sort by
Field Description
Code Sort the search results by code.
Description Sort the search results by the code description.

The following search fields appear on the Warranty Causes screen:

Field Description
Select Code Search for a warranty cause code by entering a whole or partial code.
Select Description Search for a warranty cause code by entering a whole or partial description.
Include Inactive Show or hide warranty cause codes that are not currently active for the system.

The following fields appear on the Warranty Causes screen:

Field Description
Code The warranty cause code.
Description A description of the warranty cause code.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Warranty Causes screen:
