Service Report
To open the Service Report screen, go to the MobileTech screen, select the desired work order using the Check Mark
icon, then tap the Service Report 
icon.
Use the Service Report screen to complete and send a Service Job Report for the selected work order with one of these actions:

To start the service job report you want to send |
Tap the Service Job Reportheader at the top of the screen. A dialog box appears, allowing you to select the type of report you want to send. |

To add your signature or the customer signature to the report |
Tap the Technician or Customer fields. A dialog box opens, allowing you or the customer to digitally capture a signature to add to the report. |

To view a sample of the report |
Enter the desired information in the fields provided, then tap the View Report button. The Report Viewer window appears displaying a sample PDF of the report. |

To submit the report to the selected recipients |
Enter the desired information in the fields provided, then tap the Submit Report button. The MobileTech screen appears. |
The fields on the Service Report screen are:

| Service Job Report | |
| Start Time | The time you began working on the required service. |
| Total Mileage | The total mileage spent traveling to the unit. |
| Job Site | The location of the service. |
| Job Complete | Allows you to select whether the required service is complete. |
| Machine left in working condition | Allows you to indicate whether the unit is in working condition. |
| Checked Areas/ Repairs Needed | Notes regarding the areas of the unit that were checked as part of the service or areas that still require repairs can be added here. |
| Miscellaneous Notes | Any miscellaneous notes regarding the service can be entered here. |
| Send Report To | The email address of the report recipient. The technician is sent a blind carbon copy (bcc) of the email. |
| Signatures | |
| Technician | Tap this field to add your signature to the report. You can only add your signature to a Service Job Report. |
| Customer | Tap this field to allow the customer to add their signature to the report. |
