Deactivating a Task Type

1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
   The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

2. From the Miscellaneous list, click the Other link and select Task Types from the drop down list.

3. The Task Types screen will appear.

4. On the Task Types screen, click on a Task Type.
   The Task Type Maintenance tab will appear.

5. On the Task Type Maintenance tab, click on the Active For Task Tracker checkbox, removing the checkmark.

   Note:  
   If a task type is not active for task tracker it will no longer appear as an option on the Type drop down list on the Add Task/Action tab.

6. Click on the Save button.
   The Task Type screen will appear no longer listing the inactive task type.
