Ship Via (List & Add)

Use the Ship Via screen to see which ship via files exist and to create new files.

To open the Ship Via screen, navigate to Configuration > Miscellaneous > Other > Ship Via.

The sorting options on the Ship Via screen are:

Sort by
Field	Description
Code	Sort the search results by code.
Description	Sort the search results by file description.

The search fields on the Ship Via screen are:

Field	Description
Select Code	Search for a ship via file by entering a code.
Select Location	Search for a ship via file by location.
Select Description	Search for a ship via file by entering a whole or partial file description.
Include Inactive	Show or hide files that are not currently active for the system.

The fields on the Ship Via screen are:

Field	Description
Code	The code used to designate the carrier.
Location	The location that the ship via file is associated with.
Description	A description of the contents of the ship via file.

Click the Need to create a new ship via code? Click here to add link to add a new ship via code to the list.

Click Close to close the Ship Via screen and return to the Configuration Quick Links screen.
