IntelliDealer Hardware Guidelines

This page provides hardware compatibility guidelines for IntelliDealer including what printers are not supported and the printers that are known to work with IntelliDealer. Note that this list is not intended to be exhaustive.

Payment Processing Devices

  • Versapay and WorldPay devices are supported directly from those vendors.

Note:  Signatures collected via these devices are completely independent of VESign.

  • The signatures these devices create cannot be printed on the invoices. They are only visible in invoice history and do not constitute a legally binding authorization.

  • The devices must be purchased through Worldpay or Versapay, as they need to have the proper encryption credentials loaded on the device.

Printer Support Restrictions

IntelliDealer does not support:

  • Ink jet, office jet, desk jet or dot matrix printers

  • Wireless/USB printers

  • Tuning print performance or communication speed to devices

The sections below list printers that are known to work with IntelliDealer.

Onsite Laser Printers

  • HP LaserJet 500 & 600 Series

  • Kyocera 2000 Series

  • HP M400 Series

  • Dell 2600 Series

  • CDK LS M605

  • CDK LS M608

Some of the printers on this list may no longer be available. Only CDK LS M605 and CDK LS M608 support using multi-trays.

Handheld - Point of Sale (Depot)

  • Motorola – LS3408, LS4208 and DS3608

Handheld - Inventory Management (Depot)

  • MC9300 and TT700HL (both Android based)

  • Motorola – MC659B, MC67, MC9190, MC9200 and pre-existing MC9090s

Older units like the MC659B, MC67 and MC9090 might not support new WIFI standards and if so are not supported.

Signature Pads (Depot)

Versapay

  • Magtek IPAD SC (US & Canada),

  • Magtek DynaPro (US & Canada)

  • Magtek DynaPro Go (US)

WorldPay

  • ingenico Link 2500 (US) (03/22/23)

  • ingenico Lane 7000 (US) (03/22/23)

  • Verifone MX915

Additional Notes

Note:  Signatures collected via these devices are completely independent of VESign.

  • Versapay Canadian devices do not support signature.

  • Ingenico Lane 7000 and Verifone mx915 are ethernet.

  • The signatures these devices create cannot be printed on the invoices. They are only visible in invoice history.

  • Signature pads can only attach to 64-bit PCs, wireless network connections are not supported.

  • Versapay and WorldPay devices are supported directly from those vendors.

  • The above models are certified and compliant to work with the Payment Card interface. The devices must be purchased through IntelliDealer HE or Worldpay/Versapay as they need to have the proper encryption credentials loaded on the device.

Bluetooth Scanners

  • Zebra CS4070 scanning device used with ID MobileAccess.

PC Programs

PC-based utility programs are still supported and may be required for OEM interfaces, price file updates, and external device integrations.

AGCO Parts Order / Return / Price Update Utility

Used to process AGCO parts orders and returns and to apply AGCO price file updates.

This utility supports importing AGCO-provided files and sending transactions through the AGCO interface.

Kubota K-Pad EPC

Provides electronic parts catalogue access for Kubota equipment.

The K-Pad EPC application must be installed on the workstation and configured according to Kubota’s deployment instructions.

Verifone MX880

Legacy Verifone device driver program used for older payment hardware integrations.

This program is only required for dealers still using the Verifone MX880 hardware.
