Deactivating a Work Order Rate Code

1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click the Configuration tab.
   The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

2. From the Service list, click the General Ledger link and select Rates from the drop down list.

3. The Rates screen will appear.

4. On the Rates screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click the Go >> link.
   The Rates screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

5. Click on a Rate Code.
   The Rates screen will appear.

6. On the Rates screen, select the Active for System checkbox, removing the checkmark.

7. Click the Save button to deactivate the work order rate code.
