In the Rental control setup if you specify an Ins/Dmg Msg: such as this:
" DAMAGE WAIVER DECLINED ___ " (the underline is where they can initial)
Then you will be prompted the following question if damage waiver is overridden. You can override the damage waiver in the F7 details window by hitting F8=Ins/Dmg
