Description: Unit is showing as available but is on a rental contract. This unit was exchanged for the original unit
Solution: Go into extended details and hit save
If the unit has been returned but its still showing as scheduled, try un-returning and returning again
This happens if the dealer does not 'Always Create Traffic Ticket' (Configuration > Rental > Setup > Rental Control Setup)
