Rent-To-Purchase (RTP)
Using rent-to-purchase in rental counter changes the contract in the following ways:
- You will have the ability to set terms/schedule for the contract:
- The contract will NOT do re-occurring billing, it will only bill according to your schedule.
- The contract will not optimize upon return.
Rent-to-purchase does NOT do any special accounting or invoicing. If the customer decides to purchase the machine, the rental contract needs to be closed, and the machine sold via equipment invoicing.
In order for the customer to be invoiced 500 monthly the Quantity must be changed or the total rate must be changed. Use the Preview button to ensure the customer will be invoiced the correct amount.
