Edit Ship To

Tap the customer's name on the Ship To screen.

The Edit Ship To screen allows you to:

To edit the Ship To information

Update the required information, then tap Update.

. The Ship To address on the customer detail screen is updated.

To delete a Ship To address Tap the Delete button. The address is removed from the customer's profile.
To return to the Ship To screen without adding a location

Tap the Back icon.

The fields on the Edit Ship To screen are:

Field Description
Name The ship to location name.
Address Line 1, 2, 3

The first, second, and third lines of the address for the ship to location.

Zip/Postal Code

The zip/postal code for the ship to location.

Geolocation

The longitude and latitude of the location.

Setting the geographic location uses the GPS functionality of your mobile device to set or edit the latitudinal and longitudinal coordinates.

Tax Code 1,
Tax Code 2,
Tax Code 3,
Tax Code 4

The normal Tax code value for the customer's ship to address at various tax levels.
Labor Only Tax 1/ Tax 2 The default Tax 1 and Tax 2 codes that will be applied to any labor posted to work orders created for the customer.
AvaTax Entity Use Code The Avalara Tax entity code designation.
Pricing Group

The pricing group to apply to this customer.

Valid values are configured in IntelliDealer at Product Support > Parts > Customer Pricing.
