Lost Sale Details

Use the Lost Sales Details screen to view the lost sale details for the selected make/model. To access the screen, click a Make/Model on the Lost Sales screen.

Fields on the Lost Sales Details screen are:

Field	Description
Date	The date of the lost sale.
Customer	The customer's name.
Stock Number	The unit's stock number.
Competitor	The name of the competitor company.
Reason	The reason for the lost sale.
Competitor Price	The competitor's unit price.

Click a Date to open the Call History screen.

Click a Customer name to open the Customer Profile screen.

Click Back to complete your work on the Lost Sale Details screen and return to the previous screen.
