Promotion Code/Code

To open the Promotion Code screen, click a promotion Code or the Need to create a new promotion code? Click here to add link on the Promotion Code screen.

To open the Code screen, hover over a Code on the Promotion Code screen and select Edit from the pop-up menu.

The Promotion Code screen allows you to add promotions that are used in various systems (e.g. parts quotes, work order quotes).

The Code screen allows you to maintain and copy promotions that are used in various systems (e.g. parts quotes, work order quotes).

The following fields appear on the Promotion Code/Code screens:

Field	Description
Location	The branch location which the promotion code will apply.
Code	The code used to uniquely identify the promotion.
Description	A brief description of the promotion code.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Promotion Code/Code screens:

Button	Function
Save	Saves changes made on the Promotion Code/Code screen.
Save & New	Saves a newly added promotion code and refreshes the Promotion Code screen allowing you to add another promotion code without closing the screen. Note:  This button appears only by accessing the Promotion Code screen by clicking on the Need to create a new promotion code? Click here to add link.
Save & Next	Allows you to save any edits/changes made to the selected promotion code and scroll through to the next promotion code in the list to apply any edits/changes. Note:  This button appears only by accessing the Codescreen by clicking on a Code.
Delete	Deletes the selected promotion code from the list. Note:  This button appears only by accessing the Code screen by clicking on a Code.
Close	Closes the Promotion Code/Code screens without saving and returns to the Promotion Code screen.
