Promotion Code / Code
Use the Promotion Code / Code screens to add, maintain, and copy promotions that are used in various systems (e.g. parts quotes, work order quotes).

To open the Promotion Code screen to add a promotion, click the Need to create a new promotion code? Click here to add link on the Promotion Code screen.

To open the Code screen to edit or copy a promotion, hover over a Code on the Promotion Code screen and select Edit or Copy from the pop-up menu.
Fields on the Promotion Code / Code screens are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Location | The location to which the promotion code applies. |
| Code | The code used to uniquely identify the promotion. |
| Description | A brief description of the promotion code. |
Click Save to save changes made on the Promotion Code / Code screen.
Click Save & New to save a newly added promotion code and refresh the screen to add another promotion code without closing. This button appears only when adding a new promotion code.
Click Save & Next to save edits and scroll to the next promotion code in the list. This button appears only when editing an existing promotion code.
Click Delete to delete the selected promotion code from the list. This button appears only when editing an existing promotion code.
Click Close to close without saving and return to the Promotion Code screen.
