SAM Schedules
Data Source: PMMAINT, PMPRG, FLATRATE
To open the SAM Schedules screen, click a Make/Model or the Need to create a new schedule? Click here to add link on the S.A.M Schedules screen.
The SAM Schedule screen allows you to set up the service agreement maintenance schedules by make, model, and program.
The following fields appear on the SAM Schedules screen:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Make |
The SAM program will apply to unit's with this particular make (manufacturer) code. |
Model |
The SAM program will apply to unit's with this particular model code. |
Period | The time period for the planned maintenance to be performed. Periods could be the number of hours, days, months, or weeks before a service agreement job is due. |
Program | The program identifier for this schedule. |
Code | Select the appropriate period code (e.g. hours, days, weeks or months). |
Job Code | The job code to be perform at this interval. |
The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the SAM Schedules screen:
Button | Function |

Save | Saves changes made on the schedule being added or edited. |
Save & New |
Saves a newly added SAM schedule and refreshes the SAM Schedules screen, allowing you to add another SAM schedule without closing the screen. Note: This button appears only by accessing the SAM Schedules screen by clicking the Need to create a new schedule? Click here to add link. |
Save & Next |
Allows you to save any edits/changes made to the selected SAM schedule and scroll through to the next SAM schedule in the list to apply any edits/changes. Note: This button appears only by accessing the SAM Schedulesscreen by clicking on a Make/Model. |
Delete |
Deletes the selected SAM schedule from the list. Note: This button appears only by accessing the SAM Schedules screen by clicking on a Make/Model. |
Close | Closes the SAM Schedules screen without saving and returns to the SAM Schedules listing screen. |
