Laser Overlay: Listing Screen
The Laser Overlay screen allows you to see which laser form overlays are associated with different Systems or Locations. It cross-references the company, division, location and system to an overlay name. This allows users to use laser forms instead of pre-printed forms.
Note: If you are using VESign, you should contact VitalEdge Support to remove the signature fields from laser overlay.
To open the Laser Overlay screen, click the Modify Laser Overlay Parameters button, located at the bottom of the Print A/R Statements screen. Or, navigate to Configuration > Miscellaneous > Printing > Laser Overlay.
Screen Description
The sorting options on the Laser Overlay screen are:

| Field | Description |
| Code | Sort the search results by code. |
| Name | Sort the search results by system name. |
| Overlay | Sort the search results by the name of the front overlay. |
| Location | Sort the search results by branch location. |
The search fields on the Laser Overlay screen are:

| Select Code | Search for an overlay by entering a code. |
| Select Name | Search for an overlay by entering a system name. |
| Select Front Overlay | Search for an overlay by entering a front overlay code. |
| Select Location | Search for an overlay by entering a branch location. |
Move the cursor over a Code and select one of:

Edit—to edit a laser overlay output. The Laser Overlay screen of the Code appears so you can modify the parameters.

Copy—to copy a laser overlay output. A copy of the Laser Overlay screen of the original Code appears so you can modify the parameters and save them as a new Code.
Click on the Need to create a new laser form overlay? Click here to add link to add a new laser overlay to the list.
Click Close to complete your work on the Laser Overlay screen.
