Signature Positioning

Note:  Signatures collected via these devices are completely independent of VESign.

Use the Signature Positioning screen to see which systems have offsets for their printing of captured signatures and to create offsets.

To open the Signature Positioning screen, navigate to Configuration > Miscellaneous > Printing > Signature Positioning.

The sorting options on the Signature Positioning screen are:

Sort by
Field	Description
System	Sort the search results by system.
Description	Sort the search results by file description.

The search fields on the Signature Positioning screen are:

Field	Description
Select System	Search for a signature offset file by selecting a system number.
Select Description	Search for a signature offset file by entering a whole or partial file description.
Include Inactive	Show or hide files that are not currently active for the system.

The fields on the Signature Positioning screen are:

Field	Description
System	The system number that a signature offset has been created for.
Description	A description of the system.

Click the Need to add a signature position offset? Click here to add link to add a new signature position offset.

Click Close to close the Signature Positioning screen and return to the Configuration Quick Links screen.
