Customer Marketing

The Customer Marketing screen allows dealers to manage marketing configurations. From here, users can either create a new customer marketing configuration for a specific location or copy an existing configuration to another location for consistency and efficiency.

To access the Customer Marketing screen navigate to Configuration > CRM > Profile > Customer Marketing.

The Parent Billing Dealer # refers to the dealer’s ID number.

The checkbox options that can be toggled on and off are:

Checkbox Description
Primary

When checked, the current location becomes the primary location for that dealer.

Transmit Options
Parts Invoices Include Parts Invoices in customer marketing materials.
Work Order Invoices Include Work Order invoices in customer marketing materials.
Equipment Invoices Include Equipment Invoices in customer marketing materials.
Rental Invoices Include Rental Invoices in customer marketing materials.
Active for System When checked, the customer marketing configuration is ready for active use within the system.

Click the Click here to copy configuration setup to another location link to open the Location Selection screen, where you can copy the current Customer Marketing configuration and apply it to another location.

Click Save to save the current configuration settings.
